Firstly, ALWAYS WORK IN USER WORK.

Columns 

Change this to Left Column, then Middle Column, then Right Column. 

when previewing, this is what it will look like ^^

File : Save As Template.

Change INDEX to TEMPLATE when saving your template.

Then go to your user work and DELETE INDEX.HTML

Then go to create new, and make A NEW INDEX HTML BY CLICKING ON PAGE FROM TEMPLATE, THEN SAVE, THEN RENAME INDEX HTML.

Repeat this a further 5 times but change each name to different pages like ABOUT, WORK, CONTACT etc.

PHOTOSHOP: Always change the resolution to 72.

Now we need to SAVE FOR WEB

Then change the File type. PNG-8 is the best file type to use as it does support transparency.

Create BUTTON FOR NAVIGATION. 

Photoshop, two layers. 

I really have no idea what I have just learned! Its unbelievably hard to understand.
