This one works for me. it's legible and looks good! I have highlighted BA graphic Design and the PostCode because i terms of addresses these two things happen to be the most important pieces of information. ONE THING I must be careful with is the stamp. I need to buy some and measure it to make sure it doesn't go over the text. That would be a nightmare, especially after printing.
