Finding out the best was to DOUBLE SIDE PRINT. You can use programs like Preview, Indesign etc. When using these programs you can find out that all your sizings and format are correct.
Don't use photoshop as its for photo alliteration. Not for page layout!
Photoshop-

Firstly, make the photo the right resolution and the right size ( IMAGE- Image size)
Change Resolution from 20. click 'Resample image and then change resolution to 300 (300 pixels per inch) Click Re-Sample again and change Width to 21cm
NOW preview in CMYK. view- proof setup- proof colours
TURN ON GAMUT COLOURS.
Go to layers and select Hue & Saturation- De Saturate until the unnecessary gray has disappeared.
SAVE AS TIFF

TIFF is a uncompressed file. When saving make sure that layers are UNCHECKED!

Select large file as thats suitable for hight quality prints! Click convert files and this makes my pictures in so a PDF. Make sure hide extensions in UNCHECKED.
Quit Acrobat and open a this as new PDF in Preview
